Lasy nadleśnictwa
Zasadniczą część Nadleśnictwa stanowią Lasy Pszczyńskie, niekiedy dzielone na Lasy Kobiórskie (część zachodnia) i Lasy Pszczyńskie (część wschodnia, dawniej Dolne Lasy Pszczyńskie). Obszar Nadleśnictwa położony jest na południe od przemysłowego centrum województwa śląskiego.W zasięgu terytorialnym nadleśnictwa znajdują się m.in. miasta Tychy, Mikołów i Pszczyna, a najbardziej na północ wysunięte kompleksy leśne Nadleśnictwa oddalone są o ok. 10 km od centrum Rudy Śląskiej i ok. 12 km od centrum Katowic.
